On completion of the Shift course, most participants find that that alongside the pillar practice of meditation, their experience of sitting in Circle has also had a profound (and sometimes unexpected) impact.

This unique experience of connection is one that most Shift participants want to continue.

Developing  Circle participation as another pillar practise becomes the next natural step on their Shift journey.

So how do you embed and deepen your Circle experience?
How do you sustain a powerful and effective Circle?

The Circle (container) Program

We have personally sat in Circle for almost 20 years and have supported the initiation of hundreds of Circles in Australia and abroad.  We know what it takes to build a powerful, impactful and enriching Circle, and are inspired to create a vehicle to share our passion and our expertise.

The Circle Program builds on the Circle experience in your Shift course, providing access to tools, resources, processes and structures to enable a deep understanding of this unique gathering.

The Circle Program will support you to sustain your Circle as a pillar practice that makes a marked difference in your ongoing growth and development.

Facilitators

The Circle Program is created by Brett Churnin and Michael (Sherpa) Britton

Together they have almost 40 years of experience in circle work. They are also the creators of the Men’s Circle Field Guide – a framework for running circles used by thousands of people across the world.

They are supported by a team of Sit facilitators all of whom are passionate about Circle and are regular attendees of circle

Mentoring

The goal is that each circle becomes self led after a period of 12 – 18 circle gatherings

Each circle is led by a different member on a rotating basis.

The person leading the circle attends a mentoring session in the week leading into circle

Circle-Leadership and Mentoring sessions are offered live and online.

Circle Composition

Circle is held fortnightly for 2 hours

Each Shift graduating cohort becomes a circle and attendees are given the choice as to whether to continue or not
