The Shift WomenQuestionnaire

Each Shift course is only open to 10 participants. It is imperative that you are committed to the journey if you are registering for the Course.
As part of the Shift course, you will commit to practising meditation for 20 minutes twice per day.
The Shift program is facilitated in small groups. This structure allows for an amazing connection between participants. The power of the group rests with each individual.
