The Shift.


What does a Sit Coach do? our Sit coaches are trained in all elements of our programs, lead with integrity and model what they teach and coach from their own personal experience and vantage point.

We recognise that we are all human beings journeying through life’s EBB and flow.

Challenges will come as they do and life will do what life does.

What we can do is cultivate our capacity to deal with these life events as they arise and this is fundamental to the coaching process.

Our coaching journey starts with the practice of meditation and looking though our lives with the meditation lens as a practice.

It is important to note that for us all our practices focus on the here and now.

We are not concerned with what happened before we were born or after we die.

Your coach will support you to create and sustain the practice while simultaneously working with you to clarify your priorities,your focus and what you are creating in the world.

cost to investment

Coaching is based on a minimum 12-week commitment and participants may select a weekly, fortnightly or 4 weekly structure. 

Our most common program is one on one session every 4 weeks for 2 hours and a one on one check-in call of 20 minutes in the interim 3 weeks.

The program also includes attendance at our quarterly calibrations and constant check-in support from the coach.

The coaching program starts from $ 175 a week and can be delivered online, face to face or in a combination online and face to face format.
